Excel Templates controls the format of the exports the system produces. Each kind of export has its own row; the ones most brands work with are the article export, BOM, component, measurements, SKUs, and order sheet templates.

Each row is an export type. If there's something in the Download column, a template has already been created specifically for your brand — download that one and continue from it. If you're creating a template from scratch, download the starting point from the Default column instead.

Once you've prepared the template, Upload it against the row — upload is always in the same place. From there you can also Delete a template, and where an export type exposes a CSV endpoint its URL is shown on the row for an integration to pull the data directly.
