Products is where you land in Resourced — your whole range in one place. It comes in two layouts, and a filter bar down the left lets you work in your wanted view.
Note that what's shown here is also scoped by the active season in the top header — see Seasonality and the active season.
Board and table
The Layout control at the top-left switches between the two views:
Board — a visual overview. Articles are shown as cards with the key information, grouped into columns with one product per column. The grey circle beside the product name displays the number of articles included in the product. Good for scanning the range. Open a card to go to the product.
Table — the same range as a spreadsheet, one row per article. This is the power view for working across many articles at once. Right-click an article to jump straight to its product, or to open the article card (Article details). This opens in the URL, so the view can be shared or reopened from the link.
Grouping, sorting and layout
Grouping sets how items are gathered — with the grouping value shown at the top of each group and can be set as ascending or descending. In board view you can drag a card from one group into another to change that value — for example, move it into a different status.
Sort orders what you see — it sets the order of the articles within each group, ascending or descending. Grouping, Sort and Layout all sit together at the top-left and apply to the current view.
Layout also sets how much you see of each article. Both the board and the table come in two densities — Standard, with room for each article's image and details, and Compact, which fits as many articles on screen as possible for scanning and editing a long list. The density switches with one click beside the Board/Table control and applies to whichever view you are in.
The filter bar
The Filter bar to the left narrows the range — by hierarchy, status, season, who created it, who it's assigned to, colors, tags and more — and the search box takes free text. Combine filters to work in a focused views, such as one season or everything at a particular status. The gear at the top of the bar opens Configure Filters, where you choose which filters show in your bar.
The filter panel shows its options as icons where they have one, lists every hierarchy node and category at once, and gives the price and drop filters a range slider with a histogram of where the articles sit. Collapse or open the panel from the tab on its edge.
Working in the table
The table puts every article in a row and every field in a column, and you arrange it to suit the job in front of you:
Reorder columns — grab the small dots at the top of a column (the cursor turns to a hand) and drag it left or right.
Resize columns — drag a column's edge to make it wider or narrower; it works on every column.
Hide, show or pin a column — right-click a column header to hide the column (or its whole group), pin it so it stays in view as you scroll sideways, or show hidden columns again. Hidden columns are offered in groups so they are easy to find — Basics, Design, Planning, Tags, Sourcing, Compliance, History and Codes, with the price columns under Selling prices and Cost build-up. The same menu holds Show all columns, Reset columns to default and Save current columns as my default.
Sort — click a column header to sort the table by that column.
💡 The layout you leave is the layout that opens next time — The system remembers how you arrange, pin and hide your columns. It's saved per user, so everyone on your team can set the table up their own way without changing it for anyone else.
Selecting cells. The table works like a spreadsheet: drag or shift-click to select a block of cells, copy it with Ctrl/⌘ + C (or Ctrl/⌘ + Alt + C to include headers), and press Ctrl/⌘ + A to select every article matching the current filter — including rows that have not loaded yet. Ctrl + Z steps back through your edits. See Working in tables for the full mechanics.
Editing in the table. Many cells can be changed straight in the table. A cell with a grey box around it and a hand cursor is editable — click it and change the value in place. Where the cursor stays a normal arrow, that cell can't be edited here.
The columns are the article's own fields — for what each one means, see Manage articles on a product.
Tags. Tags appear in one combined column, and then each tag group also gets its own separate column — a clearer overview of what's tagged in each group.
Prices. Prices are split per entry, each in its own column.
Custom fields. Any custom fields your brand has added show here too, each as its own column.
Assigned. The Assigned column shows the people assigned to each article. Filter by Assigned To in the bar to see only the articles assigned to a given person.
Saved views
A view is a saved column setup for the table — which columns show, and in what order. The views bar above the table holds your views as pills; click one to apply it. Everyone starts with four: Core, Prices, Sourcing and Compliance, with Core as the default. Views are personal — changing yours never affects a colleague's. If you change the table while a view is active — hide a column, say — the view's pill shows a small dot marking unsaved changes; click the pill again to discard the changes and return to the saved view.
Save a view — open the views menu and choose Save as new view…. Name it, and optionally tick Also save filters and Also save sorting — applying the view then sets those too.
Manage a view — right-click its pill to Rename, Copy link, Set as my default or Delete it.
Share a view — Copy link and send it to a colleague. They get their own copy, so your later changes stay yours.
Starter views — the views menu offers the four starter views again in case you want one back.
Bulk editing
The table works like a spreadsheet: you don't need to tick checkboxes — mark the cells you want, by clicking and dragging or shift-clicking, and edit, copy and paste them as you would in Excel. The same selection drives the bulk actions: selecting rows or cells brings up a floating bar at the foot of the table. It shows how many articles are selected and offers Edit, Export — with a choice of Articles, SKUs or BOMs — Delete, and Go to product, which opens the selected product. The actions act on the rows your selection touches and work on a single article or many at once. Export › BOMs is especially useful in bulk: select the articles you want and the system generates a BOM for every selected article in one go. Each one still comes out individually, as both a PDF and an Excel file.
To change many articles at once, select their cells and make the change from the table — it applies to every selected article. Most fields can be edited in bulk, shown the same way as inline editing: the grey-box, hand-cursor highlighting marks the cells you can change.
💡 Filter by a grouping first — for example season, status, supplier or hierarchy node — to line up exactly the articles you want, then mass-change or bulk-add in one go.
