Once a product has articles, the Articles tab on the product detail page is where you find, filter, edit, and bulk-manage them. Most fields are editable inline on the row; the rest live behind the article detail page. Multiple articles can be edited, copied, exported, or removed together via the bulk-action bar.
Sort, search and filter articles
Above the article list, three controls help you navigate the list:
Sort — sort the article list by various fields (gender, article number, seasons, and more), ascending or descending.
Search — search by free text or by a specific article number to surface a single article.
Filter — filter the article list by season, status, tag, or supplier.
The toolbar also holds a layout toggle. Spacious shows each article as a card with its key fields beside it; Standard and Compact show the articles as a table — the same table as the products overview, so everything you know from there applies here. Click the control to step through the three — its label shows the layout you're on (Standard → Compact → Spacious), and the system remembers your choice for next time. In Spacious the frozen left part of each card carries the image, number, tags, seasons, drop, prices and supplier, while the remaining fields scroll to the right under their own column icons; the toolbar shrinks to fit, so Add article reads Article there and the select-all checkbox sits beside it. Views work the same way: the rail beside the toolbar holds the starter views (Core, Prices, Sourcing, Compliance) and your own — click a pill to apply one, use the rail's menu to Save changes, Reset or Save as new view…, and right-click a pill to Rename, Copy link or Delete it. Cells edit in place and the table behaves like a spreadsheet: mark a range, then edit, copy and paste as you would in Excel — see The start page for the full table mechanics.
Below the toolbar, status pills show the visible statuses. Click a pill to remove its visibility from the list. Many brands configure an Archive status that's hidden by default — to show those articles, click and remove all visible status pills and the list shows all articles on the product, including hidden statuses. Statuses can be added back via Filter section.
Edit, copy, export, or delete several articles at once
Tick the checkbox on one or more article rows, or the header checkbox to select all. A bulk-action bar appears at the bottom of the table:
Edit — bulk-edit the selected articles.
Copy — duplicate the selected article or articles on the product. Each copy gets a new article number.
Export articles — export the selected articles to an Excel file. The columns follow the current Articles tab view.
Export BOM — export the BOMs of the selected articles.
Delete — remove the selected article or articles permanently.
Go to article — open the article detail page of the selected article. With several articles selected, each one opens in its own browser tab.
⚠️ Deleting an article cannot be undone. SKUs are removed too. (Some statuses can be configured to block deletion.)
Edit fields on the article row
Each row carries fully editable cells. Click any cell to edit it.
Several article-level fields can be set per season — the list below marks which ones are seasonal.
Images — drop or browse to upload images at article level (also displays on the product). If images already exist at product level, you can pick from those instead.
Tag — seasonal. Article-level tags.
Season and Drop — set the seasons the article belongs to, and its drop.
A drop is created here, not just selected: open the drop card and pick its date on the calendar, switching the granularity — day, week, or month — with the control at the calendar's bottom-right. Once created, a drop is saved and can be reused on other products and articles, and given a name in Admin afterward.
Pricing — seasonal, can also be set per supplier.
Opens a popper for setting the prices. The popper supports cost price, landed-cost calculation (freight, duties etc.), retail and wholesale prices, markup or margin, target prices and any other additional prices needed. All currencies are supported. Prices are configured in admin.
Supplier — seasonal. Multiple suppliers can be set per article. The season selector in the supplier editor can also show No season — pick it to see, and remove, a supplier that isn't tied to any season.
Status — click to change the article's status. The picker shows all configured statuses for your brand. Status changes may require certain fields to be filled in first (configured by your brand in Admin) — if required fields are missing, the change is blocked and the system shows what's missing.
Color — set the article color. Choose from:
Search a Pantone color
Pick from your brand's palette (palettes are configured in Admin)
Reuse a previously used color
Create a new one from an existing color (rename it), or use the color picker (spectrum wheel) and give it a name.
Color codes can be added if your brand uses them. Color group is auto-assigned based on the chosen color and your brand's configured color groups (managed in Admin), but can be overridden manually. To see Hex/RGB values, click the icon in the top-right of the color picker.
Principal Material — set primarily on the BOM. The value is visible here once set.
Gender & Size — Gender and sizes can be configured per article.
Note that a product uses one size system across all articles (you can't have one article in S–XL and another in 38–42). On an article that has no sizes yet, the form opens with the default range for its gender already set, so a new colourway is one Save away from having its SKUs.
How you set the range depends on how the size system is configured. For a standard, single-dimension system you set the range by dragging the two dots along a line to mark the first and last size. For a 2D (matrix) system, every size is shown and you click to select the ones you want.
To set specific sizes per article on a single-dimension system (when they differ from the default range):
From article level: click into Gender & Size on the row → Specific Sizes. From there, click Product sizes to see all articles on the product and set sizes per article in one view.
From product level: click into Gender & Size → Change Size → Article Sizes to reach the same view.
Comment — any specific note about this article.
Orders — quick-create an order directly from the article by entering quantity, date, and order type (order types are configured in Admin). The order is created in the Orders module and can be populated further there.
Planned quantity and Placed quantity — display-only. Summarised from order data.
Open the article detail page
Click the arrow on the right of an article row to open the article detail page. The detail page opens as a flyout that shows every article-level field in one view, plus the article's SKU table at the bottom. The detail page is URL-linkable — paste the URL to land on the exact article. Custom fields sit up to the right, in the same spot as on the product page.
The fields sit on a tile board like the product page's, and ‹ › arrows in the flyout header step to the previous or next article on the product. Most values can be changed straight in the table; the flyout (or the Spacious cards) is where you change the article's image, number, type, colour, principal material and gender & sizes, and where the SKUs, Prices and Sampling tabs live. The Sampling tab lists every sample round this article is part of — round type and number, sent and due dates, status, and the sizes requested per colourway. It is the product's Sampling tab narrowed to this article: click a round card to open its thread on the right, message the supplier or close the round without leaving the article. The Prices tab holds the per-size price grid — supplier, destination and season selectors above it, and a ⋮ menu with Use markup and Recalculate prices — and shows only when SKU-level pricing is enabled in Admin; see Pricing and the cost breakdown.
Fields unique to (or with extra options on) the detail page:
Article number — click the number to edit. Locked once the article reaches a brand-configured status.
Description — use this if the article needs a unique description. Otherwise the product's description applies.
Type — can be changed here, but the change applies to the entire product's type, not just this article.
Certifications — upload a file, write a summary, and set a validation date per article. The available certification types are configured and added in Admin, where you can also set a reminder that flags when a certification is about to expire.
Compliances — upload a file, write a summary, set a result (pass / fail / not set), and set the test date per article. The available compliance types are configured and added in Admin.
MList — set in the MList tab.
Weight — weight is stored per SKU (gross and net; units are configured in Admin). The article shows the range of its SKUs’ weights, with an indicator when some SKUs have no weight yet, and setting a weight here applies it to every SKU beneath.
Tariff — inherits from product level if set there, but can be set uniquely. Multiple tariffs can be added per article. Tariff codes are managed in Admin.
All other fields — Season, Drop, Tag, Gender, Size system and sizes, Color, Material, Pricing, Supplier, Comment — are also editable here with the same logic as on the row (see Edit fields on the article row above).
SKU table
The SKU table sits at the bottom of the article detail page and supports per-SKU actions:
The SKU table — and the pricing table below it — are spreadsheet-style tables: select cells and ranges, copy and paste blocks to and from Excel, undo and redo with Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Shift + Z, and hide, reorder or resize columns — the layout is remembered. Editing a cell fills every selected cell in that column, so a value can be set down a whole size run in one go. See Working in tables for the full mechanics.
SKU number — view and change. To change one, click its cell and enter a new value. SKU numbers stay editable until the article reaches a brand-configured status that locks them.
EAN code — can be generated manually but is typically configured to generate automatically when an article reaches a brand-configured status. Click the code to view the barcode and number (if generated). The code can be edited or removed. To generate by hand, select the code cells you want filled and click Generate codes above the table — the system fills only the selected cells and keeps them selected, so a single missing size can be generated without touching the rest.
Pricing — prices can be set at SKU level. Same logic as at article level (cost, landed cost, retail, wholesale, markup, margin, currencies, per supplier, seasonal) — but per size instead of per article.
Weight — gross and net weight per SKU, so different sizes of the same article can weigh differently.
Custom fields — every SKU-level custom field configured in Admin gets its own column, so values are visible at a glance and can be pasted into like any other cell.
Labels — if labels are configured in the system, they're saved per SKU and visible here.
Copying values. Hover a SKU number or EAN cell to copy that value to the clipboard, or use the copy control beside the SKU table heading.
Sizes can't be removed from this table directly. To remove a size, edit Gender & Size on the article.
