Seasons are your brand's seasonal calendar. Each season carries its activity dates per channel, and drops time the deliveries inside a season. Both are set up on the Seasons and Drops pages in Admin.
Seasons
The Seasons page lists each season with a name (unique within your brand) and a color — the pill color used wherever that season appears across the system. Click Add season, a row in the top of the table is created, type the name, and set its color.
Channels and their date windows
A season doesn't have a single date range — it has one per channel. Channels are your routes to market; add one with Add channel. Each season then gets an active from–to window for each channel, so the same season can run on different dates in different channels. The page shows seasons against channels as a table, or as a Gantt timeline, and warns you when a channel has no active season.
The channels themselves are managed on the Channels page and show here as the columns — but if you need one you don't have yet, you can add it here too.
💡 Good to know: date logic across the system reads from these channel windows, so set a window for at least your main channel.
Drops
The Drops table is a display of the drops set on your products and articles — what's in use, rather than where drops are first created. A drop is created on a product or article: on its drop card, the bottom-right of the calendar switches the granularity — day, week, or month. Once a drop exists it's saved to this table as a library, so it can be selected on other products and articles. From here you can also give a drop a name — something you can't do at the point of adding it.
