Three Admin pages set the commercial and shipping terms an order carries: Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, and Mode of Transport.

To add; write your delivery term in the Search or add box and click Add Delivery Term and give it a full name and a description if needed. The standard trade incoterms can be added all at once by clicking Add Incoterms.

Payment Terms holds the payment terms used on orders and invoicing.

To add; write your payment term (free text) in the Search or add box and click Add Payment Term.

Each transport mode — sea, air, train, road — shows as a tab at the top, and you add a new mode there. Within a mode you press Add Country Column and Add the hierarchy nodes you need; the cell where a node meets a country holds the freight rate for that combination. Rates are seasonal, so change season to set a season's rates, or use the Default column for the same rate across seasons left empty.

Freight can be entered either as a percentage or as a flat charge. Choose which one to configure in the Freight as drop down and the active season's pricing configuration decides which is actually applied — so a percentage and a flat charge can be kept side by side while a season is switched over. A percentage set on one node no longer hides a flat charge set higher up, and the other way round. Clearing a cell removes that charge.

The rate grid is spreadsheet-style — select a range, edit every cell at once, copy and paste to and from Excel, undo with Ctrl + Z — see Working in tables.
