Three Admin pages set the commercial and shipping terms an order carries: Delivery Terms, Payment Terms, and Mode of Transport.

To add; write your delivery term in the Search or add box and click Add Delivery Term. and give it a full name and description if needed. The standard trade incoterms can be added all at once by clicking Add Incoterms.

Payment Terms holds the payment terms used on orders and invoicing.

To add; write your payment term (free text) in the Search or add box and click Add Payment Term.

Each transport mode — sea, air, train, road — shows as a tab at the top, and you add a new mode there. Within a mode you Add Country Column and add the hierarchy nodes you need; the cell where a node meets a country holds the freight-rate percentage for that combination. Rates are seasonal, so change season to set a season's rates, or use the Default column for the same rate across seasons left empty.
