Two Admin pages set up the compliances and certificates your components and articles can carry — the requirements they're tested against and the certificates they hold.

Compliances are the requirements an item can be tested against. To add; write your compliance name in the Search or add box and click Add Compliance. Choose a category from Sustainability, Physical, or Chemical that groups related requirements together.

Certificates are the certificates a supplier, component and/or article can hold.

To add; write your certificates name in the Search or add box and click Add Certificate. Set an Icon URL and choose a category from Sustainability, Physical or Chemical.

Manage reminders opens the expiry-reminder setup: choose how many days before a certificate expires the reminder should notify, and which user is notified. The reminder lands for that user in the Chat & Tasks panel as a notification and as a task, so an expiring certificate gets picked up in time.
