Price Configurations is the central pricing setup. It defines your in-prices (the cost side that builds landed cost) and your out-prices (the sell prices), and whether prices are kept per SKU or per article.

By Out Price and By In Price list your prices and let you set which seasons each one applies to. By Season flips this around — it groups prices per season, so you set and adjust them season by season instead.
Out prices
Out prices are your sell prices — by default a Retail and a Wholesale price are set up. If you want more out prices — for example other sales channels, or several different currencies on your out prices — Click Add Out Price and set a name, a key (if needed for integration), if markup or margin should be visible, if vat should included or excluded, a currency, and what seasons the price applies to. When saved you can open up your different prices and mark whether they're visible by default and if they are calculated.
Out prices can be reordered by dragging them.
For a calculated price that fills the field, a Calculation Template (Add Calculation) lets you build the price from a formula — referencing other prices and values, converting between currencies — so a sell price can be derived however your brand needs. The calculation language is Liquid, a widely used templating language you can look up online or ask the Resourced support team to help with.
In prices
In prices are the cost side — the added costs that build a product's landed cost on top of its cost price.
By default an in price already includes freight and duties, and you can tick freight and duties on or off. If more needs to go into landing the cost, click Add in price and build the steps — add each step according to where in the chain it belongs and whether it's added as a percentage or a fixed amount. At the bottom, Landed Cost sets the currency mode: choose whether the landed cost inherits the currency from the cost price, or set it to a different currency.
💡 Good to know: Recalculate landed cost currencies re-runs the landed-cost conversion across your prices on articles — useful after you change exchange rates or a price's currency setting.
SKU-level and article-level pricing
A price can be priced per SKU or per article. The SKU-level pricing toggle turns this on to price each size individually, or off to set one price at article level. Even with SKU-level pricing on, you can still set a single price at article level when it doesn't differ by size.
