Announcements lets you publish an in-app message to people in your brand — a notification for things like maintenance windows, deadlines, or a change in process.

Enter a header and a message, and choose a notification type, which sets how the message is styled. By default the announcement goes to the entire brand; to send it to specific people instead, pick them in the Recipients selector — leaving it empty reaches everyone.

An announcement can carry one or more action buttons for the reader to click. Click Add action, then fill in the button text the reader sees and the link URL it opens behind it. Click Add action again to include more than one button, and use Remove to take one away. When the message is ready, publish it.
